Order processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Estimated delivery

Most orders within India arrive approximately 4–10 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, remote-area service or incorrect address details.

Tracking

Tracking information is shared after dispatch and may take 24–48 hours to begin updating.

Address changes

Contact us as soon as possible at contact-us@clothiva.shop. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships.

Failed or damaged delivery

For a visibly damaged, missing or incorrect parcel, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or an unpacking video where available.
