Before dispatch

To request a cancellation, email contact-us@clothiva.shop as soon as possible with your order number. We will try to help, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

After dispatch

Orders already handed to the carrier cannot be cancelled. If eligible, you may request a return after delivery under our Refund & Return Policy.

Changes to an order

Product quantities, address details or contact information may not be editable after processing begins. Please review checkout details carefully before placing the order.
